How long for my UK online order to arrive? 

STANDARD DELIVERY (Yodel) Usually delivered within 3-5 days working days between Monday- Friday.

Please note, our delivery services will be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. No deliveries are made on Bank Holiday Monday. 

Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders placed after 12 pm will only be processed the following day. 

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email from our delivery company with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

How long for my international online order to arrive? 

We use a trusted courier service for our delivery, please allow our courier service 5-7 working days Monday -Friday for delivery.

Overstock Issues:

From time to time our system will oversell an item and if we cannot fulfil it we will refund your order and notify you by email. 

What is your online returns exchange | refund policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a return within 14 days of delivery.

Your returns form is on the back of your Mallet invoice you received with your order. 

Please note your return must be unworn and in the original packaging and include the shoe horn, dust bag and internet box.

If you are returning items of clothing it must be returned in the original packaging including the plastic protective bag and with all original brand tags still attached.


Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We aim to process all refunds as soon as possible, please be aware once processed it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider.

We will review your request, if approved, you can send your item back to us.

Your Mallets must be returned in the original packaging and be unworn. Once we have your item back with us it can take up to 7 working days for your refund​/exchange​ to be processed​.​

 

 

Returns By Post

If you return good via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation for the value of the contents) or a delivery service, please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit .

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in conjunction with our Returns Policy.

Any refunds will be made using the same method for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

You will be issued a refund at the price paid when the purchase was made. Please note some discounts may have been discontinued and if you repurchase it will be at the price online at the time.

What is your policy on damaged or defective footwear?

Please know that it is never our intention to send faulty items to our customers.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please use this link to process a return https://malletreturns.myreturnscenter.com/ you will need your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective footwear.

We will review your request, if approved, you'll be sent a free UPS returns label.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 7 working days for your refund. Once we have received and accepted your item(s) your refund will be processed

We will refund the method of original payment after we have received your return and passed Quality Control, this can take up to 7 working days. You will receive a notification when the refund has been issued.


I am outside the United Kingdom and I want to return my Mallets

If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a return within 14 days of delivery for international orders. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with your online order number from www.mallet.com.

Please email team@mallet.com to process an exchange or refund.

I bought my Mallets from a stockist

Please contact the stockist directly, Mallet Online cannot return, exchange or refund you for Mallets purchased from one of our stockists, you will need your receipt and adhere to the store's policy.
