MALLET x Normski | "Got Soul" Launch Party Recap

Last week, we brought the Got Soul collaboration to life in East London.

To celebrate the launch of Mallet x Normski, we hosted an evening for our community, Normski’s friends and the people who helped bring the project together. The night was built around the work itself, with Normski’s photography from the collaboration on display for guests to see up close. Images from his archive of hip-hop, dance and DJ club culture, the same photography that runs through the footbeds, outsoles and tees of the capsule.

For a collection rooted in music, the soundtrack mattered. Kish Kash kept the room moving all night, and Mirchi kept the drinks flowing.

It was also a chance to see the collaboration in context. Got Soul started with Normski’s archive, and having that work in the room, surrounded by the people it speaks to, felt like the right way to mark the release.

Thank you to Normski, to Kish Kash, to Mirchi and to everyone who came down. This is what happens when a community shows up.
