Welcome to the Mallet.Footwear Ltd Online Store/Website (“the online store,””website” “we,” “us,”site”or “our”). MALLET provides this online store as a service to its customers. Please read the following terms of service (“Terms”) as they govern your use of our online store/website.

By using this Online Store, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rule below. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Online Store in any way. Additionally, MALLET reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Online Store users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our Online Store at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms.

Shipping 

OUR SHIPPING METHODS HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED, PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY FOR FULL DETAILS

The shipping times specified of 2-3 working days excludes weekends and bank holidays.

 

During peak sale / promotional periods, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. 


For some International deliveries there may be a maximum of 10 items per order, these restrictions are subject to change.

The delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch.

For all International customers, depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties.

If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of MALLET's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

*Orders sent out side of UK mainland may take a further 2 days processing after the tracking is initiated.

Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We aim to process all refunds as soon as possible, please be aware once processed it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider.

 

Returns By Post

 

Please email your order number to team@mallet.com for our returns address.

We will review your request, if approved, you can send your item back to us.

In order to be eligible for a refund/exchange, items must be returned to us unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached. Once we have your item back with us, it can take up to 7 working days to process your refund/exchange .

 

Please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.

If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation for the value of the contents) or a delivery service, please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit .


• Upon receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in conjunction with our Returns Policy. Any refunds will be made using the same method for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that all international returned shipments are at the customers own expense.

Mallet Footwear is an online retailer of designer-quality footwear offered at great value to our customers. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of footwear.

Usage Restrictions

All of the content that appears on the Mallet Footwear website/online store, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Mallet Footwear. Mallet Footwear grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this website/online store. The content of the Mallet Footwear website/online store is intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Online Store.

Notice

Mallet Footwear may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general online store notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us.

Please note - If you order a mens & women's trainer together, each pair will be sent separate. This is a temporary measure as we transition into a new warehouse. 

Pricing Policy

At Mallet Footwear, we are committed to providing our customers with great quality products. Our products are sold online only at limited quantities and availabilities. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Online Store. Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. If you are not satisfied your purchase, please review our Shipping & Returns section for further assistance

Online Store Use

You cannot access or use the Mallet Footwear website/online store for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Harassment in any manner or form of the Online Store, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden.

Although Mallet Footwear cannot monitor the conduct of its users, it is a strict violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from our Online Store in order to harass, abuse or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise, solicit or sell to any user without his/her prior explicit consent.

User Submissions

Mallet Footwear strives to create an interactive relationship with the members of its Online Store and services. User comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed submitted or offered to Mallet Footwear on or by this Online Store shall be and remain Mallet Footwear property. Users assign all property rights and interests to Mallet Footwear allowing our company unlimited use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments.

Furthermore, Mallet Footwear shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay to users any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user comments

 

Correction of Online Store Errors

The information on the Mallet Footwear website/online store may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologise for any inconveniences.

Indemnity

By use of this Online Store, you agree to indemnify and hold Mallet Footwear (and its officers, directors, subsidiaries and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

Modification/Termination of Website/Online Store

In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under these terms of service, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. Mallet Footwear shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access.

 

Email marketing (if applicable):

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. 

 

 

SMS/Mobile Marketing (if applicable):

The Mallet mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Mallet.Footwear Ltd (“Mallet”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Mallet’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mallet through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Mallet. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel, if this is not available then reply STOP to a recent message from MALLET to cancel. You'll then receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Mallet mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

To improve our Online Store, Mallet Footwear may use and promote services provided by outside third parties.
